"Ladies & gentlemen -

There is a trial going on in San Jose, California right now that will directly affect more American citizens than any other trial that has ever been held anywhere in the United States at any other time in our history. The importance of the outcome of this trial to the United States Government is so great that no national news media is covering it. This trial is more important than any trial Court TV has ever covered.

This trial is a classic David and Goliath battle of just one lone man, Joseph Banister, against the full power and resources of the Government of the United States. The federal judge presiding over the case is so crooked that when Judge Shubb dies, they'll have to screw him into the ground."

Parkinson's Alternative Therapies

Several approaches have caught our eye ranging from the nutritional to the exotic. All have a good scientific basis. All offer some assurance that there is relief and an alternative to allopathic medicine, i.e. surgery and drugs or just plain throwing up of their hands and giving up.

“A new study into the ability of coenzyme Q10 to slow the progression of Parkinson’s disease is on the starting blocks. If the results of much-cited 2002 research by the same team are reiterated, there may be no let-up in the hot demand for CoQ10, writes Jess Halliday.”:

“Prevention is clearly the best option with Parkinson’s disease. There are several steps you can take to minimize your chances of developing the disease.” From article by Dr. Mercola:

“New research suggests that abnormal handling of iron by the body could lead to the development of brain disorders such as Parkinson's disease.” :

CASE 9. Parkinson’s Disease: (From Testimonial section) Patient is a 62-year-old white female with a diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease for 11 years. She has a long history of insomnia, depression, and loss of smell in addition to resting tremor, slowing of movement and instability of gait, mild/moderate rigidity. She is fatigued much of the time.

Results: For the first 100 hours of MME therapy, there was very little change except she felt she was falling more. At 121 hours of MME, she noted some improvement in rigidity and her vision seemed clearer; her balance and postural stability somewhat worse. At 128 hours of MME treatment, she reported sleeping much better. At 133 hours of MME, she reported marked improvement in tremor and energy level but still had trouble with balance and gait. Her energy level remained better until end of treatment. Some weeks later she called back and said she was overall much improved, her energy level remained improved, and her sense of smell had returned. The total number of treatment hours using MME was 139-1/2 hours. – S.D.

NEWS ALERT-IMMEDIATE ATTENTION:If You Take DHEA Supplements, You Might Be A Criminal!

This is Courtesy of the Anti- Aging free email newletter:

JUNE 14, 2005 CHICAGO / On May 26, 2005, Senators John McCain (R-Arizona), George Allen (R-Virginia), and Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) introduced a new Senate bill, S. 1137, which seeks to add DHEA to the list of federally controlled anabolic steroids.DHEA - or dehydroepiandrosterone - is secreted by the adrenal glands and is the most abundant natural steroid-like compound in the human body. It is involved in the manufacture of testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, and corticosterone. DHEA declines with age, so by age 65, our bodies make only 10 to 20% of what they did at age 20. DHEA has been an enormously popular anti-aging supplement for middle-aged and elderly Americans. Many anti-aging specialists believe that replacing DHEA in later life will have multiple beneficial effects. Anti-aging physicians recommend DHEA to patients because it can enhance immune resistance against infection, reduce the risk of age-related diseases, including cancer, coronary artery disease, and osteoporosis, improve blood sugar control and help prevent type II diabetes, facilitate weight loss and help convert fat to lean muscle, control Alzheimer's disease, lupus, AIDS, Epstein-Barr virus infection, and chronic fatigue syndrome, treat! herpes, menopause, depression, memory, and erectile dysfunction, and increase life expectancy. The suggestion that DHEA can cause adverse side effects such as liver damage, stroke, heart disease, cancer, etc. in humans has, to-date, failed to be proven by scientific study.

Indeed, its daily use by millions of people for general health benefits argue strongly to the contrary. The careful use of DHEA in a controlled setting, monitored by a physician, is both and safe and efficacious. To strip Americans of their access to DHEA without demonstrated public health risks is unwarranted. Senate Bill 1137 seeks to ban the over-the-counter availability of DHEA, effectively criminalizing those who rely on this supplement for its life enhancement benefits. DHEA will move from a current safe supplement to the list of controlled substances classifying it as an anabolic steroid if opposition is not mounted against this new bill. Please take action today to oppose S.1137 or DHEA will no longer be obtainable.

To write your elected officials and tell them that you support the continued freedom of availability of DHEA supplements, go to the “Save Our Supplements” website Just put your ZIP code into the designated box in the top left corner and click “Go” to send an e-mail to your Senators and Representative letting them know you oppose any legislation that would make DHEA illegal. Freedoms must be fought for and protected, if we are to preserve our right of an individual's right to choose - including continued access to options in healthcare. Your health depends on your taking action today!

Thank you for your prompt action. Sincerely,Medical Education CommitteeWorld Academy of Anti-Aging MedicineMichael Klentze, MD, PhDVittorio Calabrese, MD, PhDGiovanni Scapagnini MD, PhDDato Harnam MD, PhD

Threats To Our Water

Here is another thing to worry about...or maybe we can do something. First, we have to become aware of what they are doing.

"A new proposal by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) would amend the Clean Water Act to allow partially untreated human waste to be dumped into the country's waterways along with treated sewage -- a process called "blending." One Tufts public health expert says that if approved, the measure could endanger the population and turn back decades of environmental progress."

Some of our best friends are dentists. They can't help it if they have been duped like the MDs in our profit mad culture. An excerpt from a great article by Tim Bolen "Is Dentistry Killing Us?"

"Is American Dentistry killing us? Probably. There are certainly good reasons circulating around the campfires to believe so. It's time, I believe, for the North American Health Freedom Movement to focus on Dentistry, and its problems, because what happens in the mouth effects the whole body.

I believe that the American Dental Association (ADA), as the primary representative of Dentistry, is in "siege mode," meaning that their Modus Operandi, these days, seems more defensive of position than promotional of healthy Dentistry.

Why? Because, I think, they are defending, like the tobacco industry did for years, untenable positions. In fact, in my opinion, American Dentistry, as an industry, is far more deadly than tobacco ever was - and I'll tell you why I think so." See the whole article, it is worth it, at:
